Blue World City is a mega housing project near Islamabad, developed by Blue Group of Companies. It is a joint venture of Pakistani and Chinese firms and is one of the largest foreign direct investment project in Pakistan. The project is located on Islamabad-Rawalpindi metropolitan area.

Blue World City is a mega housing project near Chakri interchange on Islamabad-Lahore motorway M-2. It is a joint venture of Saibaan Group of Companies and Shan Jian Municipal Engineering Co. Ltd. of China. The project is approved by RDA.

The project offers a number of world-class amenities to its residents. These include a 5-star hotel, a state-of-the-art hospital, a golf course, a theme park, and a commercial zone.

The hospital in Blue World City will be run by a team of highly qualified and experienced doctors. It will have all the latest equipment and facilities. The hospital will offer a wide range of services, including outpatient, inpatient, diagnostic, and surgical services.

The golf course in Blue World City will be spread over an area of 200 acres. It will have 18 holes. The course will be designed by world-renowned golf course architect, Pete Dye.
