Tonejet brings direct-to-can digital printing to InPrint Munich 2022

Tonejet, based in the UK, has teamed up with Rockwell Automation, a leader in industrial automation and information technology, to demonstrate direct-to-shape digital printing on cans at the upcoming Interpack event in Germany.

Tonejet will demonstrate how the Rockwell Automation iTRAK system and its Digital 2-piece Can Decorator enable cost-effective and efficient printing directly onto cans as part of the new partnership.

Rockwell Automation's iTRAK intelligent transport system is combined with Tonejet's digital print engine in the Digital 2-piece Can Decorator.

Tonejet currently offers an electrostatic drop-on-demand print head that can produce high-quality, low-cost images without pre-coating on a variety of substrates.
