Delirium league introduced the Unusual Voice, a mysterious character that always taunts the player and reminds them of the inevitable death. Instead of having a couple bark voice traces and calling it a day, Grinding Gear Games implemented him during the effort, commenting about the events of this story and the player's actions. Criticisms towards our character's actions during the campaign are voiced from the Strange Voice while providing lore drops to players knowledgeable on Path of Exile's extensive backstory.

They can place Delirium Orbs in their own Maps to have a permanent Delirium effect on their Map, if players locate the league still easy. These Maps are a few of the hardest missions Path of Exile offers, providing something to every participant to strive towards finishing.

It has to be Cluster Jewels after this league is finished if anything ought to be added to the game. These items allow players to form their very own trees. Cluster Jewels fall enough in Delirium experiences for players to experiment with them.
